San Antonio de Bulo Bulo (0) v Bolivar (3). Copa Paceña Quarter Final, Estadio Felix Caprilles 19/11/26

San Antonio is a Primera Division team from Entre Rios in Cochabamba Province, around 5 hours drive from the city. This match was a cup game against Bolivar, the big hitters from La Paz.

There was around 6,000 in attendance and the vast majority were supporting Bolivar - I think most of them were locals as opposed to traveling from La Paz

The match ended in a 3-0 victory for Bolivar. San Antonio had their moments in the second half but ultimately succumbed to the stronger side and had a player sent off in the last minute. No missiles this time as it was too far to throw!

How to buy tickets for San Antonio

The tickets were on sale at the stadium ticket office. There was a bit of a line so I bought one from one of the ‘touts’ at a slightly higher price. There were also plenty vendors selling food and souvenirs, although mostly Bolivar stuff. A bag of popcorn cost 30 pence!

Tips for visiting Felix Caprilles

It’s an easy 25 minute walk from Plaza Palazuelo in the centre.

Where to buy the Official Shirt?

The best place I found was the Forte Athletic Store on close to La Cancha Market. Forte is a Bolivian sports brand which either currently makes or previously made sshirts for some Bolivian sides including Wilsterman, Nacional Potosí, San Antonio and Guabira. You will find official shirts of these sides and more here.
